Release stress


Stress or upsetting emotional condition is indeed a threat to physical health too. Stress has a lot of side effects. Some of them are high blood pressure, increased heart beat, tension in muscles and depression. Stress knows no age, it no doubt is a problem found in all ages of people. By many ways it creates a bad effect on our daily lives. Here are some to release stress.


1. Try to make morning exercise your routine. This activity will help you to through out stress.


2. One can go out for a walk in fresh air or do yoga


3. Learn to communicate with people effectively. Never let your emotions left unsaid. Always share with your close ones


4. If you are addicted to any sort of drugs, smoking or drinking then try to leave that. It will also help you to release your stress


5. Try to take green tea, water and fresh juices. Avoid cola and fizzy drinks


6. Eat small meals and snacks throughout the day to keep away from anxiety


7. One can go for a massage. Different types of massage always help to release stress.


8. Bring in some funny movie and enjoy with family


9. One can go out for vacations to some picnic spot. A nice trip in vacations can add up to your health


10. Have a goal in your life. Direction in a life cleans up most turmoil


11. If stress and anxiety reaches to extreme, than medicines to release depression can work


12. One can go to a therapist to get proper guidelines. He could give a proper counseling as compared to a friend or any one else.


13. Indulge yourself in some sort of sports


14. Try to relax regularly.
