Home remedies to gain weight

This is the awaited one for those looking for some serious addition to their bodies. I also have expierenced the pain of being a skinny guy. Yes, I call that feeling a pain!. I tried a lot of things to reduce that pain but only a few of them worked. Those few experienced by me are listed below. One thing that you must do is iincrease the intake of water, this is not included in the list but is still the most important factor. Have a look and choose one of the following things that you could easily do. If one remedy doesn't work dont loose hope try another from the list.

1. Remedy with dry figs:
Put three-four dry figs in a glass of water at night. When wake up in the morning eat those figs. Adopt this remedy for 1 or 2 months.

2. Exclusive milk diet:
This might sound horrible but works. In this you drink a glass of milk after every two-three hour. I found this impressively great.

3. Remedy with raisins:
Yeah! who hates them? I think nobody does. consume as much raisins as you can in a day.

4. Mango-Milk diet:
Have a glass of milk and just after that consume a big or two small mangoes. You have to do this two times a day.

Above four remedies worked for me. Now I hope they work for you too. One more thing I need to tell is that join a gym and seek guidence of a trainer. Go for it and enjoy
