Standing calves press
Seated calves press
Leg press calves press
Donkey calve press
Routine:
Standing calves press 4 sets of 12-16 reps each
Seated calves press 4 sets of 20-25 reps each
Leg press calves press 4 sets of 12-16 reps each
Donkey calve press 4 sets of 20-25 reps each
